I recently read a wonderful little book entitled How Full Is Your Bucket? by Tom Rath and Donald Clifton. It talks about the opportunity we have in every interaction with another person to either “fill their bucket” (saying or doing something to increase their positive emotions) or “dipping from their bucket” (saying or doing something to decrease their positive emotions). Doing the former helps them and us. Doing the latter diminishes them and us. It’s an easy read with a lot of wisdom.

Thanks, Denise! I read this book a few years ago in Germany and loved it. Short and simple.
Have a great day!

Hi, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam feedback? If so how do you stop it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it's driving me mad so any assistance is very much appreciated.
