I just finished reading James Clear’s excellent book, Atomic Habits, published in 2018. It is truly a great read! It’s all about easy and proven ways to build good habits – and also to break bad ones. Some experts say that 95% of how our lives turn out is due to the habits we have and use regularly. I don’t know about you but most people I know – and some whom I have coached – could improve their habits. This book is readable and is chock full of useful ideas.
